For many, mountain-biking means attaching a number to the handlebars again every Sunday and racing at full throttle over the most varying race tracks. However, this off-road sport also offers something quite different. The “gravity scene” is full of adrenaline junkies and downhill-fanatics. The scene’s common denominator: it’s downhill all the way. Literally. Up the mountain in the chairlift, then down the knotted trail at breakneck speed; no tour could be more fun for freeriders and downhillers.
UNIVEGA took on the gravity scene and added the first pure-bred freerider to its range in 2011. 180/190 mm travel (front/rear) and the extremely rigid and robust frame form the basis for huge amounts of off-road speed and fun.
