The UNIVEGA pro cycling team has been a serious contender in the mountain bike scene for years. The Dutch-German team consists of 16 riders who have set themselves high targets for the 2011 season. In total, 150 podium places are to be won – that would make the young riders unofficially the most successful team in Europe.

In addition to their sporting achievements, the team also has a decisive influence on UNIVEGA’s products. The top models of the Race series, the Hardtail UPCT-HT and the Fullsuspension UPCT-SL, are not only named after the team, their constant further development is also driven by the racer’s experiences.
